John Magnuson

John is a Waterloo native who graduated from East Waterloo High school in 2015. After graduation John continued his baseball career at Marshalltown Community College for two years. During his time as a Tiger at Marshalltown John played shortstop and second base. After two years John transferred to a NCAA Division 1 program in the Southwestern Athletic Conference to play baseball for the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. While in Arkansas John split time playing shortstop, second base, and third base. John also spent his summers playing in a top-tier summer league known as the South Florida Collegiate Baseball League, where he was a team captain after his first year. John specializes in hitting and fielding. He can also give lessons for pitchers and catchers.

 

Jordan Nelson

From Iowa City, IA. Played baseball at the University of Dubuque for five seasons (2017-2021). Pitched in the Northwoods league for four seasons with two different teams, the Waterloo Bucks for 2018,2020,2021 and the Rockford Rivets for 2019 and 2020. Signed to play professionally with the Gary Southshore Railcats of the American Association in 2021. Was released and signed to pitch with the Boise Hawks of the Pioneer League in 2022. I was then drafted by the Missoula Paddleheads of the Pioneer League for the 2024 season. As the 2023 season was coming to an end I was traded to the Great Falls Voyagers for the remainder of the season. I will be with Missoula for the 2024 season. 

 

Hunter destival

My name is Hunter Destival and I have been giving lessons for 2 years now. I specialize in hitting and catching work. I played college baseball at Upper Iowa University and this past school year was an assistant coach for the Upper Iowa team while also in my first year of my masters degree. I have now 7 years of coaching experience and love sharing the knowledge I have in order to help others get better at the game of baseball! 

 

Dalton Hinsch

I am excited to be a part of Full Count and a part of the Cedar Valley area. This area is a great baseball community and I can’t wait to help the youth baseball of tomorrow. , I was an all-conference pitcher in high school, played in the Northwoods League twice, was a 4-year pitcher on the UNI Club Team, and was an Assistant Coach for Cedar Falls Sophomores this past summer.


John THomas

John is from Dixon IL and graduated high school in 2013. He went on to play baseball at 3 different colleges, University of Indianapolis, Lake Land College, and Mount Mercy University. John played outfield and earned an All Conference award his senior year at Mount Mercy. He specializes in baseball specific power development and is looking to help any young players out there who are looking to take their game to the next level.
